Mr. Tripathi has started his career as an environmental consultant and worked for more than 10 years and now hold the office as Director and fulfils all Management and Technical Responsibility towards the organization. He has also been working with socio economic aspects of the projects and has more than 3 years’ experience in this field.

Mr. Anjani is the management representative and holds accounts and Human Resource department of ERA, Lucknow.

Dr. B. K. Tewary is Environmental Coordinator and Chief Scientist (Retd.) of Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research Dhanbad Jharkhand. He has worked as Environmental Advisor in our organization for more than 8 years. He is renowned expert of Mining of Minerals and contributed a lot in making various policy in Government sector. His association with the organization has added great values and expertise.

Dr. Gautam has completed his Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2002, Approved Expert from QCI NABET ,in different functional areas like Air Pollution Monitoring, Prevention and Control(AP) ,Meteorology, Air Quality Modelling and Prediction (AQ) ,Risk Assessment and Hazards Management (RH).He has more than 15 years of experience in Environment related work.

Mr. Vikas is M-Tech in Environmental & Engineering .Mr.Pandey is approved A-category expert from QCI NABET in different functional areas Environment - Noise & Vibration (NV), Solid & Hazardous Waste Management (SHW), Air Quality Modelling & Prediction (AQ).

Ms. Manjusha Tripathi has completed M.Sc in Zoology from M.G.K.V.P, Varanasi and Working as Team Member approved by QCI NABET in Ecology and Biodiversity sector.

M.Tech in Environmental Engineering degree from A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow U.P and she is approved EIA Coordinator (Sector 38) and Functional Area Expert in Water pollution and Air pollution From QCI NABET. She has expertise in effective lab practices and consultancy work as per Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) as well as Laboratory Quality Management system & Internal audit as IS/ISO/IEC 17025. She has been working in this sector for more than 5 years. She has worked in various B category Building and Construction projects.

B.Sc (Hons.) from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, M.Sc in Geology from Jiwaji University, Gwalior and approved FAA (Geo) from QCI NABET and work as Geologist in the Organization since 2 Years. Experience of more than 5 years in Environment Sector.

Dr. RK Sharma has Completed his Ph.D. in Geologist in 1981 from Lucknow University and Registered Qualified Person (RQP) from UPDGMS. Dr. RK Sharma has approved FAE from QCI NABET in Noise Vibration (NV) and Geology (GEO). He has more than 20 years of experience in Environment related work.

Dr. Seema has Completed his Ph.D. in Zoology from F.G. College, Rae-Bareli/Kanpur University in 1992 and Dr. Seema has approved FAE from QCI NABET in Ecology & Biodiversity (EB). She has more than 30 years of experience in Environment related work.

Mr. Brij Mohan Singh Negi has completed M.Sc in Chemistry from Agra University in 1973. and approved EIA Coordinator as B-category from QCI NABET in Mining of minerals including opencast / underground mining. Mr. Negi spent his entire life in Environment related works.

Rajveer is MSc. in Geography & Remote Sensing. Mr. Rajveer is approved A-category Land Use expert from QCI -NABET.

Mr. Dheeraj Prajapati has completed B.Tech in Mining Engineering from AKS UNIVERSITY in 2021 and Working in the organization as Project Scientist from one year. Mr. Dheeraj also approved Registered Qualified Person (RQP) from DGMMP.

Ms. Anjali Singh has completed B. Tech in Environmental Engineering from SHUATS (AAI) in 2018 and Working in the organization as Project Scientist.

Dr. Naveen has completed Ph.D. in Environmental Science from Pondicherry University. Dr. Naveen working as Project Scientist in the organization.

Mr. Shamim Mohd is MSc. in Geology from Jiwaji University, Gwalior & Registered Qualified Person (RQP) from UPDGMS. Mr. Shamim working from one year as a Project Scientist in the organization.
